Who We Are
The Garden Road Elementary School Foundation is a volunteer organization of parents and teachers dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for students at Garden Road Elementary School. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that relies on fundraising and donations to support school programs, extracurricular activities, and special initiatives.
Our Mission
Ensuring all Garden Road Elementary School students receive the education they deserve. Our vision is to help them grow into bright, productive, contributing citizens.
Opportunity: We believe each student deserves every opportunity to receive the best education possible, and the tools needed to succeed.
Stewardship: We believe our efforts will provide a positive impact on every child and, in turn, our children will provide a positive impact on our community and our nation as a whole.
Community: We value community and work to strengthen partnerships and relationships that create synergy and catalyze change through the education of children.
Equity: We believe that all students, regardless of ability, special needs, income, or background are deserving of our support in their educational journeys.
Our Impact
Program Enhancement: Through our fundraising efforts, we supplement critical resources and support innovative programs. Examples include our dedicated music and art curriculum, access to the latest, award-winning books in our library, technology upgrades, classroom supplies, and Leader In Me program funding.
Community Engagement: We strive to strengthen the bond between school and community through funding and volunteering at events, workshops, and family-friendly activities organized by Garden Road Elementary's PTA.

Classroom Supply Donations
Our donation site for classroom supply donations is now closed for the 2024-2025 school year. if you are interested in donating to your child’s class, please contact your child’s teacher directly.
